*A native of North Carolina, Rev. Doughton previously served a two church field in Southside Virginia. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (BA, 1986) and Columbia Theological Seminary (M. Div., 1993), he earned his Doctor of Ministry degree from Samford University in 2007. He married the former Mary Lee Ward in 2004. They are the proud parents of Bennett and Mary Claire.

Description: Throughout this five week journey we will revisit the overarching themes that unite all of scripture. We will cover each book of the Bible in a timeline that places each book in its historical context.
