the Senior Pastor ...
Have you ever
told anyone to "get lost"? Has anyone ever told you to
"get lost"? Peter basically told Jesus to "get lost" in
Luke 5 after the miracle of catching the fish when he
said, "Go away from me, Lord ..." Sometimes we do the
same thing. come discover why Peter reacted in this way
and why we do as well.
Another
aspect of Peter's encounter with Jesus is an invitation
that ultimately turned Peter's world upside down and
sent him not on a self-serving journey, but on a
Christ-seeking journey instead. The same invitation
issued to Peter is extended to us. Find out what it
means to really "get lost."
